This policy describes Mometic LLC’s privacy practices for mometic.com and its products, including MOMO Pro, MOMO Flow, Aura AI, True Origin, Matterhorn, and the Basecamp to Summit historical explorer.
Information we collect
- Account, subscription and purchase records needed to provide the service.
- Names, email addresses, messages and other information you provide when contacting us through a form or chat.
- Usage and technical information, such as pages visited, interactions, browser and device details, and network information processed by our website and service providers.
How information is used
We use information to deliver and improve our products, understand how they are used, personalize the experience, respond to support requests, manage subscriptions, measure marketing activity, and protect our services from abuse.
Website services and cookies
The website uses Google Tag Manager to manage analytics and advertising tags, including Google Analytics and Google Ads. Those services may use cookies and similar technologies to measure visits, interactions and campaign performance. Tags managed in the existing container may also provide advertising measurement through other platforms.
Chatra provides website chat. Messages and contact information entered in chat are processed to support your conversation with us. Formcarry processes contact form submissions. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and network signals to verify contact form requests and help prevent automated abuse.
Website hosting, content delivery and font services receive the technical information necessary to deliver resources to your browser. Linked services and third-party websites have their own privacy policies.
Billing information
Mometic does not store payment card details. MOMO web payments are handled by Stripe. Purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play are handled by the respective store. Payment information is governed by the payment provider’s privacy and security practices.
Historical explorer
Basecamp to Summit uses an archived research dataset. Stock selection and chart calculations run in your browser, and CSV downloads are generated locally. The page also uses the website analytics and support services described above.
Your choices and requests
You can manage cookies and site storage through your browser settings. Blocking cookies or scripts may affect verification, chat and other functionality. Please avoid including sensitive personal or financial information in contact forms or chat.
For questions about information associated with your account, retention, access, correction or deletion, contact hello@mometic.com. Retention requirements depend on the type of record, service delivery, account history, and applicable billing or legal obligations.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as our products and website services change. The date above identifies the latest version. Our Terms & Conditions describe use of the services, subscriptions, intellectual property and investment-related risk.
